365 Days of Color - The Goblet

Hello lovelies!

Based on Harry Potter The Goblet is a clear base full of gold glitter of all shapes and sizes.

There's a holographic twinkle of it and against the purple backdrop of Maleficent it looks so majestic.

Another winner from Sunny!

Glam Polish - Maleficent

Hello lovelies!

I've finally managed to get my hands on some gorgeous Glam Polishes.  My lovely best friend was visiting from Australia so she kindly (before she realised how many I'd ordered) offered to let me order to hers and she brought the order over.

Maleficent is a purple, glittery, holographic, but I don't think it would be for everyone as it's glitter overload!
A real stunner!

Delush Polish - Tonight's The Night

Hello lovelies!

Well this is a first for me in a long time... I wore this fabulous polish from Thursday right through until Sunday!!  For me that is epic!  Not only is the polish a stunner though, I was too busy partying with my Nails Inc girlies to have time for constant changes.

A black crelly which I've layered over Essence - Black is Back, this is full of the brightest prettiest glitter.

The gorgeous glitters through the black mean that regardless of my stumps I can have a bit of colour.

Dollish Polish - Just Keep Swimming

Hello lovelies!

Oh how I love this polish!  It is the perfect embodiment of Marlin's forgetful friend Dory, whose life's motto (and a good one at that) is "Just Keep Swimming".

Blue glitters with flecks of yellow and white.

I wore this over Revlon - Royal but you could change the depth by changing the undies.

Delush Polish - Teal We Meet Again & Midnight Delight

Hello lovelies!

Two holographic beauties from Delush Polish today.
Teal We Meet Again is a lovely (well obviously) teal, I love this colour as it's so bright and cheerful.

Midnight Delight is a deep holographic blue.

Both of these colours are so rich and luxurious.

Delush Polish - Angel of Death & Time To Kill

Hello lovelies!

Angel of Death is red micro glitters, white hexes and squares as well as huge big hexes.

Time to Kill resembles blood spatter, a combination of pink and red glitters.

Again I wore these beauties over black, I love that this collection is so "dark!

Delush Polish - A Very Neat Monster & Born In Blood

Hello lovelies!

Two Delush beauties today.

A Very Neat Monster is a super pretty green glitter.  Small glitters, large hexes and dots, oh the dots!!

Born in Blood is a the red version and it looks like little platelets of blood.

Very cool!

Delsuh Polish - Master of Disguise

Hello lovelies!

This polish is gonna blow your mind!

Master of Disguise is a plethora of copper glitters, I know my description is rather sucky but I think this polish more than speaks for itself.

How amazing does it look over black!!

Delush Polish - Unicorn Kisses

Hello lovelies!

Unicorn Kisses is a super soft holographic beauty from Delush Polish.

It's full of beautiful rainbows, which are subtly hidden depending on the lighting.

This would be beautiful as a wedding polish!!

Deborah Lippmann - Across the Universe

Hello lovelies!

Deborah Lippmann is a fairly new brand to me.  Usually beyond my price range but thanks to the bargain busting TK Maxx I've acquired 12 as of late!!

Across the Universe is a navy jelly with blue and green glitters.  I didn't have to use any undies.  I do like an opaque jelly it gives the polish a lovely depth.

I will say however if I hadn't gotten this cheap (£4 to be exact) and had paid full price, I'd have considered myself a mug!

Barry M - Crystal Glaze

Hello lovelies!

There's one polish effect that I really do love, and that's a flakie! So when I saw that Barry M where releasing one I was pleased that they were finally going mainstream.

How wrong could I be?  This polish is woeful!  In the bottle it looks like it has all the promise of OPI - I Lily Love You,but no it is an epic fail.

I wore it over black as I do most flakies and it was just blah, it didn't look nice at all, it didn't stand out over the black at all it just kind of made it look murky.

So sorry Barry M it's another thumbs down for me!

Barry M - Countess

Hello lovelies!

This is the last of the Royal Collection and by far it is the nicest.

A really deep plum purple with gold, pink and purple sparkle throughout. I liked it so much that I actually kept this on, unlike the others which I just swatched.

Above is without a topcoat and below is with.  I like it both ways.

This is the kind of colour that Barry M should have focussed on in my opinion, a lovely rich jewel, the others where a bit washed out or brassy.

Barry M - Majesty

Hello lovelies!

This is one of the slightly less disappointing Barry M Textures.  I say slightly cuz while I don't love it alone I do think it would look well when used for some nail art.

A brassy gold sand like polish that was opaque in 2 coats.  For me it's too brassy which is why I wouldn't personally give it a good rating.

I think Barry M have made a better attempt at this collection than they did their last (it reminded me of old wood-chip wallpaper).
Good try though they just need to choose a better colour selection next time.
